Since securing our funding through Linked Finance last January, we’ve had a few hectic but exciting months. We identified the perfect premises for the new training centre in Waterford, and started into a very long lists of tasks…. cleaning, ordering signs, telephone, broadband, recruitment, advertising etc etc

However, it has been really exciting to see it all come together and we are now glad to say that our new centre is up and running, and so far it seems it could be one of the busiest in Ireland, with literally hundreds of enquiries about our courses and unique training. We still have plenty to do, and driving the road to Waterford has become all too familiar. But we have a really great team at Fluirse, and all have really embraced this new opportunity and worked together to do whatever necessary to make our Pitman Training centre in Waterford the best place in Ireland to train for a new or better career.

Most satisfying however, is to look back and see just how far we’ve come since that day last November, when we shared our vision for a new Training centre with LinkedFinance.
