We’re very lucky to have worked with a number of brilliant SME’s over the last 2 years, every week we’re going to be bringing you an update on previous borrowers to see how their Linked Finance loan has helped them. This week it’s Artisan Gourmet Food Company‘s turn in the spotlight.

Artisan take catering to a new level and are passionate about serving great food. They currently supply a number of Universities, Colleges, Hospitals and corporate clients with a daily delivery of Artisan sandwiches, bagels, wraps, paninis, salads and corporate platters. Since getting finance through Linked Finance four months ago, the team have gone from strength to strength. We spoke to Noel Caulfield and he had this to say:

Since receiving funding from the Linked Finance Lenders 4 months ago, we have gone from strength to strength. In the food business even when large contracts are in place you are only as good as your last delivery so we have spent additional money recently on upgrading the production facility and we are now ready to pitch to supply major players in the catering business. Also, this gave us the confidence and capacity that allowed us take on 3 new hospitals to supply and as our business continues to grow in a steady and controlled manner, we hope to hire additional staff shortly with some new contracts on the horizon.
