P2P as Easy as ABC for Michele’s Creche

Posted on

When this Wexford childcare business needed to fund an exciting expansion, time was of the essence. So owners, Michelle & Michael, chose a P2P business loan from Linked Finance for the speed and ease of access.

Michele’s Creche is a family-owned childcare creche and after-school activities center.

Set up in 2008 and located in the heart of Castlebridge, Co Wexford, the creche has become a very popular preschool in the past decade.

Michele established a quality environment for children to learn, play and interact with other children their age.

The creche takes in children as young as 4-months right up to primary and secondary school ages. For older students, Michele runs after-school programs and activities.

The creche has a capacity for 66 children and enjoys a full enrollment list each year thanks to its growing local popularity. Demand for their services is very high, while spaces within the creche each year are limited.

A bank would have taken far too long, and they wanted the work done in time for the new school term in September. This lead them to Linked Finance.

Through our platform they raised the funds in little over 1 day and had access to them soon after.

Michele says:
“We came to Linked Finance as their turnaround in approval is far quicker than any bank. We wanted to start work on expanding as quickly as possible so we could take full advantage of our demand for the new school term starting in September. Our application was processed very quickly, and because the loan funded so quickly, the funds were in our account within a matter of days.”

The work has since begun and they are on-schedule to be completed in time for the new term.

If you have plans to expand your business like Michele’s Creche, Linked Finance can provide business loans to cover just such an investment.
