Summer of Love - Terms & Conditions

The ‘Summer of Love - Referral Programme’, henceforth the ‘promotion’, will be operated by, and at the discretion of, Linked P2P Limited t/a Linked Finance, henceforth the ‘company’.

The promotion is only open to qualifying Linked Finance users henceforth the ‘introducer’.

Each introducer will be provided with a unique ‘referral code’ by the company.

The referral code can be shared with Irish businesses who have not previously applied for or enquired about a loan with the company, henceforth the ‘referred business’.

As part of the promotion, the company will issue the introducer with €1,000 for each ‘qualifying referral’ which results in a loan drawn down by a referred business before the 30th September 2018.

This €1,000, henceforth the ‘reward’, can be provided by way of pre-paid MasterCard gift cards or by way of electronic transfer into the introducer’s Linked Finance account.

To be considered a qualifying referral for the purposes of the promotion, the following conditions must be met;

• The loan to the referred business must be drawn down before 30th September 2018.
• The application from the referred business must be accompanied by a valid referral code, relating to an introducer, at the time of application.
• The loan to the referred business must be for a total amount of €20,000 or more.
• The referred business must not have applied for, or enquired about, a loan with the company previously.
• The introducer and the referred business cannot be part of the same business entity and cannot share any common shareholders or beneficial owners.
• The referred business cannot qualify for any other referral fees or discounts, including commissions paid to brokers or third-party partners.

As part of the promotion, the company will also deduct up to €250 from the completion fee payable by the referred business when drawing down the loan, henceforth the ‘discount’.

The discount will be shown when a formal loan offer has been made by the company to the borrower.

Other terms

The reward and discount can only be redeemed when a valid referral code is provided alongside the loan application.

Applications cannot be made by the introducer on behalf of the referred business.

The referred business must apply directly and include a valid referral code in order to qualify for the promotion.

Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively after the application has been made.

The company will endeavour to provide rewards, as either pre-paid MasterCard gift cards or electronic transfer to a Linked Finance account, in the manner requested by the introducer, however, the company reserves the right to substitute the rewards for suitable alternatives at its sole discretion.

The company will apply the same criteria and requirements to all loan applications received as part of this promotion as it does in the normal course of business, including, the application process, the credit evaluation process, the acceptance process, and its normal loan processing procedures. The Referred Business will be subject to all applicable Linked Finance terms of service.

The company reserves the right to discontinue or withdraw the promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.

The company reserves the right to alter, amend and modify these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.
